Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. "This property us in Kemptown, above Brighton's Maderia Drive. As such local establishments, such as the Kemp pub, offer great value meals, rather than the more tourist offerings in town. Using Just Park provided reasonably priced parking at a local bingo club, onky a couple of hundred yards away. "

You have your own little kitchen, the staff are always super friendly, breakfast is included (lots of choice at breakfast as well) and there breakfast area is available for you to work at with tea/coffee throughout the day. It's close to the station and to town. Our go to!"

Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "
