"Was a fantastic hotel. Excellent staff who went out of their way to make the experience a great solo break. Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. Room was clean, and bed super comfy with a really powerful shower. Morning breakfast was super. A mixture of fruits, yogurts, juices and ham and cheeses and pastries. "This property us in Kemptown, above Brighton's Maderia Drive. As such local establishments, such as the Kemp pub, offer great value meals, rather than the more tourist offerings in town. Using Just Park provided reasonably priced parking at a local bingo club, onky a couple of hundred yards away. "

"Clean and updated room and furnishings in an original style. Good access to the town, seafront and local eateries. Our room would not have been suitable for individuals with mobility issues, but I seem to remember that was in the hotel blurb. It wasn't a problem for us."

"Although my room was at the side of the building, you still had a good view of the sea front. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for a single. There is a night club but the noise was minimal. A good pair of headphones sorts that out! Staff were beyond friendly. All in all, good value for money."
