Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again as for a short stay (when you’re not really needing to cook much), it’s got such a wholesome and welcoming feel! Our apartment was up a few flights of narrow stairs so just mentioning that in case anyone has mobility issues though. "

"This property us in Kemptown, above Brighton's Maderia Drive. As such local establishments, such as the Kemp pub, offer great value meals, rather than the more tourist offerings in town. Using Just Park provided reasonably priced parking at a local bingo club, onky a couple of hundred yards away. "

You have your own little kitchen, the staff are always super friendly, breakfast is included (lots of choice at breakfast as well) and there breakfast area is available for you to work at with tea/coffee throughout the day. It's close to the station and to town. Our go to!"

"Although my room was at the side of the building, you still had a good view of the sea front. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for a single. There is a night club but the noise was minimal. A good pair of headphones sorts that out! Staff were beyond friendly. All in all, good value for money."

"Clean and updated room and furnishings in an original style. Good access to the town, seafront and local eateries. Our room would not have been suitable for individuals with mobility issues, but I seem to remember that was in the hotel blurb. It wasn't a problem for us."
