Staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Room was very clean and they even gave us clean linens and towels every day (unexpected). Only a cold type breakfast was available - would be nice if a warm type was also available. Great location near coastal downtown Encinitas.

This is an older property and it does show some wear and tear, but it’s in a great location. 5 minute walk to the beach, great options for food nearby. Comfort level was medium, the staff that I interacted with were attentive and friendly. Good price point for what’s around the area.

The Brisa Pacific Hotel is in an excellent location and is a small, welcoming hotel. The room itself was very clean, which I appreciated. I gave it four stars because the hallway carpet was in poor condition and had a noticeable pet odor. Since the hotel allows pets, I would recommend that management consider replacing the hallway carpet with hard flooring, as the current carpet appears to absorb pet odors. Once inside the room, everything was clean and well maintained, with hard flooring instead of carpet, which was a plus. Free parking was also a nice benefit.
