"This unit had the best view in the whole complex. You have a view of the bay and the beach as well. It was impeccably decorated with every detail of the stay thought out. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need to cook a full meal. The rooftop hot tub was a nice surprise."

"Instructions for parking were confusing and the garage is a maze and not easy to navigate. Beautiful resort though with sweet town center with lost of things to do esp for kids. Stunning sunsets. The AC went out and took nearly an entire to get someone out to fix it."

"The property was in a great spot right across the street from beach access. The street was a small one lane both ways so it was easy to get across. Pool was close too. Property was clean and comfortable. Ants were kind of bad inside the house so you have to keep food sealed up. I would rent again."

"Our 2nd year in this same property, and we are comfortable there. However, the level of cleaning seems to have suffered. We found nail clippings on the Livingroom rug, mold around parts of the shower, beach items under bed with loads of sand ( I know sand is unavoidable, but this was extreme). Hot tub timer was locked up for several days, unable to use."

"When I left the property, the ceiling fan was not broken but I received a message the same day that the ceiling fan that was controlled by wall switches bulb was broken and fan did not work. My credit card on file was charged for the same $250 that they had just in case something happened. We had to be out by 9 am so I forgot to take exit pictures."

4/10 Poor

"Sheets were rough and scratchy. Lights and fans were not functioning. Housekeeping never came. Heavy wear visible on all finishes through out hotel. Chairs and benches in the dining area are cracked and peeling. Happy hour and snacks that they promote as a perk is a bowl of pretzels that they fill once. Gym equipment is minimal and treadmill is wobbly. Only one desk agent for check in and check out so a lot of waiting. It’s basically just a place to sleep near the beach. Could have paid less at a number of other places but usually this brand is nice. Save your money and stay elsewhere"

"Friendly staff, comfortable location and central. Bed was so comfy I stayed in more than I had anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Room was clean, there was some noise from the neighbors, but was negligible and they didn't party through the night. Had a great stay. Room was clean. Would definitely stay again and again."

"Compared to the location we stayed at in Pensacola, this was not up to par. Although, I think we were upgraded to a bigger room you could tell this was an older location. The room smelled musty or moldy. The ac made noise. I did notice an air purifier in with the ac unit. Also, we had no ice bucket, no coffee maker, no door tag. The furniture was not comfortable at all. Decor was lackluster at best. Breakfast was a joke. All cereal or toast, bagel etc. No hot foods. I do not recall seeing any juices. Only good thing was it was quite."
