"Room not very clean had to cancel having hard time getting correct money taken out "

"Parking was easy. The room was spacious and clean. I needed a room with bars in the bathroom,However, the handicap room ( they said there were only two) was an issue. It was right next to the laundry room. Every morning we had to go to the front desk we and get them to have the laundry crew turn their thumping bass music down because it would come right through our wall! The next day it would start again. Room 116. You don’t want to have that room. The next to last day , the manager got them to stop the music until we left .We understood the music situation while they worked,however, we were not able to enjoy the room in the morning. We were not there to go to the beach and were in there until 2pm daily. Every time we went to come or go through out the morning, the housekeepers and their carts would be lined up by the laundry room and didn’t even leave a space by our room door. I would open it to leave and be blocked! If you were not looking for quiet mornings,this place was very nice lol. There is a hotel being built next door, so sitting at the pool is loud with construction. But the pool was clean and the area was nice. There was a spa and towels and umbrellas. Again, if you are not looking for a quiet place, then you will find this place clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as expected. Decent selection for free .During the week One person was good with upkeep of the area, while another person disappeared and didn’t keep the area wiped up. Overall a good place."

"There was no check in information sent to me before getting to the property. Checkin was at 4 and could not get into property without calling guest services once getting to the guard shack. Had to call the management company guest services to get into property. The recliner in the property was broken upon arrival and the unit we ended up in did not appear nearly as nice as any of the pictured units when booking. This is my first bad experience using expedia, i want to say the issue lies more so with avari the property management company than with expedia but i was not happy overall. "
