"- Checking in and out was incredibly quick and simple - Staff was kind and helpful - The rooms were very clean and had everything you’d need in the kitchenette - breakfast was good, they had eggs, bacon, home fries, breakfast wraps, juice boxes, coffee and cereal The only thing I had an issue with was there was no extra garbage bags in the room and the fragrance in the hallways. It smelled good but was extremely strong. "

What started as a normal stay quickly turned uncomfortable due to poor communication and questionable handling of a situation that didn’t warrant escalation. Instead of resolving things professionally, the response felt abrupt and unnecessary, leaving a bad impression overall. Not the kind of hospitality you expect when booking a place to relax. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, hassle-free stay"

"Great value stay. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean for a suite. Happy Goat coffee shop in the lobby, too! Our only complaint was that the Chromecast was unusable as it had not been updated, so no smart tv functionality. Parking is somewhat sparce and in an alley of sorts behind the building, albeit well lit. Staff were great to this sorry Anglo, so we will certainly look for this place again next year!"

I paid in advance for 2 nights but to cancel one nigh 48 hrs in advance (medical) it was not possible. It happened before and a crédit was allowed for future use but none négociable in this instance."

"My room was incredibly small - almost like a larger room that had been divided in two. Unfortunately, the lobby was also undergoing construction (not shared at time of booking) so there wasn’t a comfortable space to work. Housekeeping came by at odd hours (one time at 0830) and did not come back when I asked them to wait, so that my room was freshened only once in the 5 nights I was there. I did make a comment re: size of room and it was not followed up on by management. The staff however...
