"Our second time staying at Le Germain and we had a great experience. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. I love the proximity to the ByWard Market, with dozens of dining options available in a short walk. I can't say enough about the staff. They were genuinely helpful and friendly at every point of contact - even if you were just sharing a brief elevator ride with them. We will definitely stay again."

"Room in excellent condition, friendly helpful staff, beds are very comfortable. Valet parking ( can access your car 24 hrs a day), easy to access busses or taxi. In house restaurant. Lots of stores within walking distance for plenty of shopping."
"Check-in staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Room is clean and well equipped with a full size fridge and small appliances.
Only complaint is that the alarm in our room was set for 6am which was a fun surprise. Maybe get the cleaning staff to turn off the alarms. "
