"The room faced a busy street, and they called it an “upgrade” with a balcony but there’s no way I’d ever sit out there with constant traffic flying by. I stayed at the Thompson Hotel Cabo San Lucas before and it was incredible, so I expected a similar vibe… not even close. The staff was just okay nothing special, not very accommodating, and not particularly friendly. Overall, it felt like a letdown. It’s convenient for downtown, but definitely not the vibe. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The Jazz Hotel was a quaint boutique hotel. The hotel room was spacious and had a small kitchen and table and chairs. The pool and outdoor seating were lovely. The place was very clean! We also loved the outdoor seating in the back. Would definitely recommend!!!!!"

"This boutique hotel has a cool retro vibe. The curb appeal is fantastic and the renovated rooms are spacious and has a patio space in the back. The staff was so accommodating, promptly dropping off extra coffee pods or umbrellas when requested. Close enough to downtown to walk yet quiet, away from the noise. We’d love to stay here again another time."
