"After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that this could not be accommodated. When I checked out, I was assured that someone would investigate the matter and follow up with me. Regrettably, I have not received any communication since then, which has added to my concerns regarding the...

"The first room was very run down and dirty. The walls and door were covered with stains and spots, the chairs had stains and spots on them, and the bed still had hair on it. When we asked about possibly getting a different room the lady working that night was very rude. After some back and forth she gave us the key to look at a different room. That room was also in poor condition including the door having a larger piece missing in the bottom corner. We stayed in the first room as it was too late...

"Certainly worth the $$ Currently renovating. Great customer service. No bugs."

"Do not go to this place. The staff sucks. First night. I learned that it is a motel, no signs to lead you to the front desk, so I entered through the back door, walk up. After dragging my suitcase up stairs, I see that it was an entry for guests. I left my suitcase and headed to the front desk. There, I was greeted with noise. Parties to go. I asked for the 2nd, and only upper floor, motel. They only had vacancies on deck one. Now hear me, all the party goers were on the 2nd deck...

"This hotel was dirty and when the 2nd roach I saw in my room literally crawled across the bed I was in, I jumped out and called the desk to find that the staff understood there were roaches and there was nothing to be done. He sent a guy in an orange hoodie anyway, and I didn’t open the door. As I was on the phone finding another hotel, the 3rd roach literally crawled up my pants leg. I wish I was kidding. I was there for an hour and left, losing the fee for that night."

"This hotel fit our exact needs for the weekend. Unfortunately the price for the weekend I stayed was astronomical compared to other typical weekends and not really sure why. The staff at the front desk was fine but not overly friendly. The main areas of the hotel itself were maintained and clean. In my room the mirror light did not work, the handle on the door was not stable and the shower itself made some strange noises. We were only there for one night so not too concerning. But there front...

"Excellent Hotel"

"The best part was the front desk staff & maintenance (very helpful) and location to Sleepy Hollow Cemetery about a 10 minute drive. Pulled up and two women were sitting on steps smoking. Place is not maintained with visible dirt all throughout along the edges of the walls. The curtains in room had obviously not been pushed back because there was a thick layer of dust along the window tracks, wallpaper lifting up at the seams. Toilet stopped up twice, toilet tank lid was replaced with a lid that...

"We liked the location, clean facility and friendly front desk. Few things we were not happy about, My family and I could hear everything all night from the adjacent rooms, loud television and even an argument between a couple at 2 am in the morning . People slamming doors in the middle of the night. The body wash and conditioner bottles in the bathroom were empty."

"Ok for a quick overnight stay but the place needs some repairs and upgrades. Staff was nice."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Windrose on Hudson!! What a beautiful place! The facilities are very nice and the grounds are amazing!"
