"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

"The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. "My family had a fantastic stay at the house in Nottingham! The property was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished—everything felt welcoming and well-maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. It was the perfect base for exploring Nottingham, and I truly appreciated the quiet comfort of the space after busy days out. "Me and my partner stayed for the weekend and we haven’t got one complaint, the room, hotel and the view was amazing. Everything was so clean and the customer service was outstanding and helpful. They also had a great bar with loads of choices or drinks and a lounge area, it’s a great place to stay and have a relaxing time away. So happy with our stay and will definitely be going back! "

"Property was very pleasing, good breakfast. Large spacious rooms, with tea and coffee facilities , filtered water available in reception. Thought the furniture was slightly disappointing as staining on varnish on surfaces where people had not been careful with drinks etc . But otherwise very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and a short drive from the town centre. "
