"Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome.
A little far from town (15 minute walk) but the hotel offers free shuttles to...

The bed was comfy. The steps going up are a bit small and curve just before next floor. Be careful with big luggage. Breakfast had choice of three different ways to fix eggs or a soup. Breakfast honestly is a bit lacking. I didn’t use any extra service they offer, but they can book transport and tours. Nice to have...

"Beautiful hotel located on the river banks. Great river views from our room. Amazing swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfall. The riverside restaurant is a great place to eat. The staff are charming and helpful, and I was fortunate enough to meet the GM, who very kindly arranged our transfer to the train station. We will certainly return to this charming hotel!"
