"Theoretically excellent hotel in need of attention to room maintenance: a toilet that takes 20 mins to fill, a shower drain that needed cleaning, a leaky hand shower, an ventilator in the bathroom thats needs to be cleaned. Swimming pool and tubs quite cold. "
