"We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly.
We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which...
"Lovely hotel, would stay here again, very clean, staff constantly cleaning, very helpful. @20 min walk to main part with beach, restaurants etc, pool/sun bathing area very busy on the Saturday, couldn’t get anywhere to sit, towels left on chairs "

"We spent about an hour at the check-in as the info on the reservation was not clear if I booked a room with private bathroom or sharing one. We then decided to accept to stay in one with bathroom on the corridor but the reception young guy arranged for us to move to a much better room with private bathroom. He was very helpful with any of our request.
Be aware, no matter which room you get, all are noisy, from outside or even from next door or corridor.

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen, alles war fußläufig oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten kurz vor Abreise das Problem, dass sich unser Safe nicht mehr öffnen lies. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit wurde uns geholfen und wir konnten wie geplant abreisen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für euren Einsatz. "
"Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...
