"Hotel Posada XVII defines charm. The hotel is one of the most unique experiences I've had for lodging and I will definitely opt for Posada if I'm back in Puebla. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and respond to needs. The hotel room was quirky and unique and we loved the ambiance of the entire hotel. The historic building is 3 floors and we stayed at the top so be prepared for stairs, but there are beautiful terraces to sit on and relax while taking a break from the city. We had fresh towels and water and really loved the breakfast in the morning. They clearly take pride in this hotel and offer a lovely experience! I would recommend a bedside lamp for the top level suite room (with the blue door!) but otherwise, everything else was wonderful."
