"Stayed in Versailles tower and didn’t realize it wasn’t near main Paris hotel. It is sideways from strip - had view of flamingo and sphere. We were only in room to sleep so ok. Confusing because elevator takes you to horseshoe casino. Took a minute to figure it out - could use more signs. Check in quick with kiosk - a must do. Line was long to talk to staff. Room was clean and updated. No refrigerator. Shower was great - beds comfortable. On 69 floor so quiet - if lower you would probably hear bar music next door. Location central for quick overnight tour of hotels nearby. Mon ami restaurant was very good - 95.00 for two egg Benedict and 1 French toast and one coffee (free coffee for other two) warning of not prepared to spend 100.00 on breakfast. Didn’t talk to a staff person. The decor of Paris is nothing special - they could step it up a notch for Vegas if they wanted to wow guests. Seemed like casino was only feature. Would stabbing but probably Bordeaux tower. "

"Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Didn't expect maid service on the 2nd day but it happened. Couldn't ask for more."

"Parking was easy and close to hotel entrance. It took a couple of loops around to figure out. We upgraded to a refreshed room which had a broken lock and there were some parts not “refreshed”. Only give 3 towels and 2 washcloths. "

"First time staying here and we really enjoyed it. Convenient location, and our room was clean and quiet! Also did other fun things on the property: Paranormal show, Real Bodies exhibit, Twilight Zone mini golf. Ben & Jerry’s! Much easier to navigate than many huge hotel/casinos like Aria & Bellagio. Minor negatives: Check in could’ve been quicker, pool was closed (it was March but it was 97-degree summer weather!), and the smoky smell in the casino was a turn-off. Still, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Uncomfortable bed and beddings, hotel is like a zoo, hard to find anywhere to eat inside the hotel, everywhere is full. Driving to the valet is like a maze, cars and people everywhere. Staff at front desk are rude. Do not book through Expedia because you will treat like a third class customer. Pool is on renovation, but no one told me that, we will have to wear out swimwear walk through the hotel and casino to the other tower. The only two things I enjoyed was the valet staff and the spa, both the staff are friendly and helpful."

"The pool was closed and the air conditioner in the room didn't work very well. The location of the hotel was very good,"
