"Basic lodging convenient to cruise port and airport. Hotel is showing its age, but everything was clean and the pool is very nice. No complaints! "

"Hotel was booked well in advance of what turned out to be the Snowpocalypse of February 2026. There was a regional and statewide (MA) state of emergency, full transportation & government shutdown, national guard deployed, travel ban (not that travel was possible), power failure for days, no internet, phone, tv. I was unable to even start the trip let alone complete it. The hotel AND Expedia gave me the run around & refused a refund. This is after Expedia posted on the website that change/cancel fees would be waived Feb 22-24. This is an exceptional circumstance for the refund policy, but they refused. To add insult to injury the hotel and expedia ask me "How was my check-in?" & "How was my stay?" Do better Expedia, IHG, & Holiday Inn. I'm definitely not planning on using Expedia and/or IHG in the future. "

"Room was spacious. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests this hotel can accommodate. Very crowded and without air conditioning. The coffee was like a dirty water (weak). Very expensive for what this hotel has to offer. "

"There was no bar, although this was advertised. The valet was asleep in his car outside when I needed him, and they were rude, sloppy when I first arrived and gave them my keys. Luckily I speak Spanish but I wonder how useful a valet would be if something went wrong with his limited English. While looking for my wallet, I searched under the bed and it was filthy and dirty with dust and trash. No one had swept under in a while which made the stay uncomfortable overnight. The valet makes this impossible for me to rebook again next time, but the front staff lady was nice."

"Very updated hotel with spacious room.Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was first class with made to order omelets, variety of fresh fruit and other options. Shuttle to and from Hardrick excellent and very convenient even though walk is also very easy.A little difficult to find entrance going thru parking lot of McDonalds. Only has valet parking to our knowledge. "

"The front desk person was not friendly. Sort of rude. She seemed put off that we booked through Hotels.com. I asked some questions and she seemed bothered by them."

"Clean, easy going hotel. the breakfast was expensive for being a very basic hotel breakfast. the restaurant was also expensive- though very good, but only had a single employee for the bar and waiter. "
