"The location of the hotel is PERFECT! It is within walking distance to everything. And above and beyond that is the staff. Upon checking they were very accommodating when we arrived early before check in. They made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready - even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne!
They always assisted us with a smile to our questions and had great recommendations. The meal we had in the hotel restaurant was one of our best.
We would highly recommend the BO...

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"Couldn’t fault the hotel, the food or the staff who would bend over backwards to help you. However, the room could do with an update. We were given a further room upgrade on arrival from an already booked Superior Red Level room, but we would’ve preferred the room we originally booked, with a smaller balcony and a view of the Cathedral as promised in the room description. The room we were given had more of a very large terrace and you had to walk to the end to appreciate the view of the...

"The rooms and entire building were super clean, and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and kind.
The breakfast menu is a little limited, but we honestly didn’t mind. The spa area was one of our favourite parts and was so relaxing. They have a steam room, sauna, indoor spa pool and hot tub. They also offer massages, although we didn’t book one.
The rooftop pool is beautiful, but seating is limited, so I definitely recommend getting there right when it opens at 9am if you want...
