"locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. I have traveled quite a bit in various European cities, but he was the most rudest host I had ever came across. "Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was beautifully presented and eating breakfast outside in the garden was lovely. Room had everthing you'd need - including a fridge, kettle and two fans. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Lovely market on saturday morning and close to many shops and places to eat. Would definitely stay again."
