No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

Service de location de vélos pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Gand en 20 mn avec des pistes cyclables le long de cours d'eau : très agréable. "Lovely hotel. Very quirky and quiet. Room very clean and equipped with a large comfortable bed. Very nice but fairly expensive restaurants are within 1 mile or so. Uber also operate in the area and it was around 20 euro to ghent centre."

"PassaDia is a really cozy and newly renovated bed and breakfast. Very comfortable and the owner is really lovely and accommodating! There are also small and really cute goats in the garden, making it such a sweet place for families! And the breakfast is great too! Highly recommend :)"

"When I arrived the hotel was locked and unstaffed. There was a number to call posted on the door which was unobtainable. There phone number on the hotel website was not answered. I sat in a nearby park for an hour and when I returned the door was opened and a man was there to check me in. I pointed out that the mobile number posted on the door was unobtainable, but he didn’t seem concerned. When I left the same number was posted on the door."
