"False represented themselves as a spa in which they are not all in any capacity are or can be classed as. Upon arrival to the property I asked what time does the poor and spa open and the guy behind neural reception said to me we do not have a spa or a pool I don't understand. I have just recently been diagnosed with a shoemart in January my partner of recent had moved back from Portsmouth to RM12 at his parents due to his dad being diagnosed with dementia we have not seen each other for over three months I have two days off and my little girl was away with my dad so I booked this place to have two days relaxed as a spa and to spend time with him and it was somewhere within the location that was close to his dad and mum's home due to his dementia's condition. I traveled there and paid over 220 pound to find out the fact that they falsely represented themselves as a spa in which they do not have any no never have had those amenities or are spa never have been."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAM, withholding a holding deposit even though I checked out within 10 minutes of arriving. My bank has given me instructions for them to follow and they will not, and shout at me down the phone. Firstly, there is no parking like advertised, it is for management. I walked into the room and the smell of rotten meat hit me, it smelt like an unhygienic butchers. The windows were wide open, so they clearly aware. The bed was dirty, hard springs. Refusal of refund but thankfully hotels.com stepped in and have supported me with this. 1* is one star too many!! I am sorry to leave a bad review but this is a warning to any potential future bookings. "

"For the price couldn't complain about the room. Bed was comfy and we booked it at short notice due to bus replacement services running. Handy if travelling on Elizabeth Line due to it's location. We knew we were staying above a pub but they provided ear plugs which was a nice touch. "
