"The room was clean and comfortable. We were initially in an ADA room which was not comfortable for us because we wanted a tub and standing shower. Staff was understanding and very accommodating as soon as a room opened up they upgraded us to a suite for the remainder of our stay. The location is perfectly suited for walking to so many of the activities on our itinerary. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back if ever in NYC again."

"I haven't had a great stay yet; I only clicked to rate my check-in experience, which was very good. The hotel is nice but frankly I prefer the less fancy hotels that are still very nice and have refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, and ice machines and drink machines on most floors. i'm not sure why fancy = no refrigerator or ice machine but it's a distinct disadvantage. i'm paying for the location for this place, but if I had a choice I would never pick a fancy place without the basic...
