Wifi in this hotel is very very slow in the room but in lobby is ok and I told tell to fix that but no improvement. It is quite cold when I stayed in this hotel (8-14 C not sure), but the heater is not working... So I told the staff in the morning and when I came back, it still not working..."

"The hotel is in the Arab quarter of Jerusalem, which means that shops and restaurants are open on Fridays and Saturdays. The reception staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. No complaints about the room or condition. Rooftop swimming pool would be great when the weather is warmer. Nearby there is the wonderful Armenia Ceramic Workshop, perfect for gifts.
