"We didnt get to use the facilities propeas we got there late evening and left before breakfast. However, checking in was a pleasure. The room amazing, downstairs king size bed with 2 singles upstairs. Bathroom was lovely, pristine clean. "

"yes it was a lovely . we had a nice meal on friday night. the staff was very friendly, and the room nice and clean couldnt ask for a better place to stay , unfortunate we had to leave on the Saturday morning because of family ploblems back in Norwich , we were looking forward to staying till the morning morning . we will be back . "Staff friendly and check in easy. Rooms good size and clean. Kettle in the room for teas and coffees. Decor a little old fashioned but it was only an overnight stay. Managed to get some food onsite which was tasty. All in all a good overnight stay for the price. Thank you."

"Lovely, quiet B&B on a farm. Location is remote, which made it a peaceful stay. There was plenty of parking available. The room was large and comfortable with a good bathroom and a strong wi-fi signal. The owner recommended a local pub, which was a 10-minute drive away. The food and beer were excellent! Breakfast the next morning was superb. The host was very helpful throughout."

"Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. "
