"I liked the property, nice place for our needs with kids…tv hard to operate or get Netflix. Pool nice, hot tub cold. I left some things on the balcony- kids favorite clothes and 3 floatie vests on the balcony and could not get anyone to look and see if they could hold the. For me or mail them to me (I know they were there). Called three times and no help or call back. Check in was not great. Would not allow a late checkout even by 30 minutes."

"Things I loved about staying at Sabal Palm- the proximity to the beach, kindness of staff, bikes, beach supplies- chairs, umbrellas, etc., having a laundry facility, and proximity to other beaches and restaurants. Things not so top notch- bath towels- hand towels- washcloths dingy white and warn out. These really should be replaced. After first two days, washcloths were not replaced with fresh towels.(nit picky I know.) Some of the walls had stain marks - could use a Mr Clean sponge. The...

"My husband and I stayed at Crystal Bay for almost two months, as we sold our house and we are about to move to a different part of the world, but I had to finish up my work. It was a great experience staying there, it made us feel like home. "This hotel had great beach access and an awesome on site pool. The beach access would check you in, set you up with loungers and an umbrella. Very cool. The best part though, handicap accessible. Wife is in a wheelchair, no use of legs. Not only was the ada room great but they had on site a beach wheelchair. No having to rent one for $500! "Great place for your buck. Everything was clean and well put together. Smart tv’s and 2 air conditioners made it very comfortable. Pull out couch if needed. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Restaurants and bars are all walking distance. Quiet for the most part. Toasted Monkey was a block over and gets pretty loud on weekend nights but didn’t bother us. Some places surrounding the area are abandon. I would assume from past hurricanes. I would definitely stay again."
