We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using ...
