"Grest"

"We couldn’t sleep due to being so close to the turnpike. We would only stay here if we could get a room on the opposite side of the building"

"The last few visits I have informed the staff about the things that are in disrepair. I see they haven’t been attended to and the cleaning staff bangs on the door starting at 9am asking when you plan to check out. Yes I was most annoyed this visit."

"I came down in the morning at 8 am, and: THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE! THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES! THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS! THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS! PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!! ELEVATOR: MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR! Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine. BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND **IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...

"The room had a very strong scent when we went in. They also don’t come in to clean and make beds during the stay"

"The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was very clean and good variety of food. When it was time to check out, there was no one at the desk, so we just left after a few minutes. Also the room was very noisy after 11 pm"

"Very clean and well receptive Workers"

"This hotel was gross. Stuff on the walls, mold in the bathroom, stained carpets…..I felt dirty the whole time. :("

"i’m"

"If you’re looking for customer service I’d try a different hotel. Nobody welcomes you or tells you the amenities they offer. I have been here a week and my room has never been cleaned. When you need trowels you need to return your old ones and then they won’t have all of them. This is an extended stay hotel where there should be silverware, dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Nothing is in the kitchen. The bathroom has basics so if you can bring your own. Hair dryer doesn’t work. Soda snack...

"Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester"

"Our second time at this hotel. Well maintained, friendly staff. Breakfast is very nice."

"The lobby is nice. Our room had some peeling paint"

"What impressed us first was the happy welcome by both men at the front desk. Sadly, these days that’s rare in the service industry. Too often the person at the front desk makes it seem as though you are bothering them, forcing them to work there, and they are miserable. Everything else was perfect during our one night stay."

"Good room, clean and comfortable, hotel just needs some updating."
