"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. "

The lift was being refurbished but was notified of this in ample time that I could have cancelled my stay but as this was not a problem for myself to climb the stairs I continued with my booking. "

"I had a terrible experience with my hotel booking yesterday. I made the reservation in the morning and informed the owner, John, that we would arrive late, after 9:00 PM. She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. She responded rudely, telling me to call when I arrived, and I agreed. Before reaching the property, I messaged her at 10:55 PM to confirm our arrival time, and although she read the message, she did not reply. When we arrived at 10:55 PM, I called her, but she had blocked my number. I tried again from another phone, but after several attempts, she also blocked that number. (I have all proof in my phone). Your team was also called her but she did not answer your team call in the night approximately at 11:15 PM time and morning time at 6:25 AM.
