"Easy to get to from Düsseldorf HBF takes five minutes if using the U75 or U77 underground train. Check-in was now self check-in rather than a person behind the desk, it was straight forward but time consuming. "Very clean and welll stocked rooms with a great view from the window, we went to a festival and took a shuttle bus to and from so we really appreciated the 24 hour service desk. The staff were really kind and helpful overalll great hotel would recommend."
