"One of the best hotel in thailand, they treated everyone like VIP and there’s an amazing complimentary infinite boat ride and the breakfast one of the best. Their restaurant amazing. My girlfriend said it was like a white lotus episode. The staff is amazing one the best staff in the world. I hope they all get raises for how amazing and spot on they are, they’re so nice i would not be suprised if they drove me to the airport themselves"

"We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! Location: Excellent! 100/10!! The hotel has incredibly easy access to the BTS and Terminal 21 mall. The food court on the 5th floor offers delicious meals at very affordable prices. Pool: Beautiful, with stunning views of the city. Golf: Small but lots of fun! We purchased golf balls for 40 baht each, and the hotel provided the clubs. My son had a great time! Room: The city view was beautiful, and we loved having three beds so everyone could sleep comfortably. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. Room Amenities: 100/10! The room had everything we needed: toothbrushes and toothpaste, a vanity kit, shower cap, hairbrush, and even razors. It also included a microwave, a mini refrigerator, spacious wardrobes, and a large bathroom. As a nice bonus, the room was restocked daily with Coke, Sprite, lemon tea, orange juice, three complimentary snacks, and instant coffee. Overall, it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Mike was amazing and very accommodating, especially when I mentioned that we needed an early check-in. Overall, the property is excellent and offers great value for money. The only issue was a slight odor in the rooms and corridors, which could be addressed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay."

"We’ve just finished another two-week stay at this hotel and once again it exceeded every expectation. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and, honestly, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Bangkok. The staff are incredibly courteous, welcoming and attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The gym is excellent and very well equipped. Even as someone who trains regularly, I found it had everything I needed for a great workout. The breakfast is outstanding, with a huge selection of fresh and delicious food to suit every taste. The location is another major highlight. You’re right in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to everything the city has to offer, yet when you return to the hotel it feels like you’ve stepped into your own peaceful cocoon away from the hustle and bustle. A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for another fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return."

"The hotel room was very nice and clean. All the staff was super accommodating, always helpful and ready to answer any questions. All spoke English as well which was very helpful. The breakfast was the best with the America cuisine and international cuisine options available. And Happy Hour every day was a real treat. Pastel rooftop bar had amazing views and wonderful drinks. We stayed there 7 days of our 14 day trip in Thailand and enjoyed every day of our time at Aira. If we go back to Bangkok, we will definitely stay there again."
