"Fantastic and beautiful hotel. The decor is very tasteful. Staff amazing. Food delicious. We had room service which for us was a first, food was delivered promptly and hot. Breakfast was excellent only thing i thought was missing was another juice as i cannot have orange and i dont like apple, otherwise I very good selection. Bar was very comfortable and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. The rooms are lovely, bathroom amazing. Towels changed daily along with coffee refills and bottled water. We also had a nespresso machine in room. "

"Incredible stay, hotel was modern and had great facilities. Aircon was ice cold which was a pleasure during the heatwave. Bar staff extremely friendly and easy to talk too. "

"This is a lovely hotel with great accommodation and facilities. I had booked a deluxe room and from the Expedia room information this room had AC. Unfortunately, when we got to our room it was very hot ( 31 degrees outside) and it didn't have AC. I went down to the reception desk with my proof of AC showing on that website. Apparently, this is an error!! They do have rooms with AC, but it was £10 extra ( Premium room). After a bit of discussion and the member of staff phoning a manager, we were upgraded for no extra charge ( just a pity it took a phone call). Expedia need to fix this error on their website. Overall, a lovely hotel to stay in."
