"We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again."

Tracy at breakfast and Gino in the evening were stand out members of staff but everyone we encountered was as helpful and friendly. Beth & Damon on reception gave us a warm welcome. "

"Room has air con but it does not warm enough. We got a separate heater otherwise could not sleep for sure.Water pressure of shower is quite slow, no amendities provided in room such as cotton buds, shower cabs, sanitary bags. Good points are big room for family with 2 big sofa beds."
