"We only stayed two nights and did not use the restaurant or any other facilities, so I can only review things to a limited extent. The venue looks impressive from the outside but is obviously a conference venue so is lacking character inside - not a criticism but an observation. "The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade.
