"We were rather unfortunate in that a drunk older couple were through the wall to us, shouting obscenities' and making a lot of noise. George, the general manager could not have handled it any better.

"We had a lovely stay to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Despite some negative comments I reserved the hotel and was not disappointed. Perfect stay in Loch Lomond suite number 4 with splendid uninterrupted views over the loch. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel."
"I love an older hotel with charm and this was it! Very friendly proprietor, excellent breakfast. Did not try WIFI. Located near train station and the beautiful Paisley abbey in the student section but still close to the Glasgow airport. No elevator."
