"I checked in the night before a flight that left at 6 a.m. They were helpful about arranging pick-up at 4 a.m. and making sure I could grab something to eat before I left at that ghastly hour. Telephone in the room was out of order and there was no shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom. The location directly across the street from a bus stop was very handy, so was the location of a news agent just next door when I had emergency need for a new SIM card.
