"We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!"

"Clean, quiet, very large and comfortable space."

"Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in."

"Room and facility was clean but we have state there several years and they need to update. Friendly helpful staff."

"Breakfast buffet was ok. Had the basics. Carpet in room and hallway needs a little love. Stayed in the sweet. Corner jetted tup was a life saver and the room was spacious. Front desk personnel were kind and helpful"

"Change of ownership has made for positive changes. Beds and linens were really nice and it was cleaner than past trips. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the college."

"Everything was great"

"Our overall experience was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot foods, and other selections were limited. Had to ask for more washcloths and hand towels every day. Asked twice for the shower gel to be refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay at a Spark again."

"Everything was great."

"Property looked more like a motel and one of my friends found bugs in her breakfast"

"The breakfast was delicious! If the three of us had eaten out, it would have cost $60, not including the tip. They also gave you two cocktails and afternoon snacks!"

"there is only 1 parking spot allotted per room, so if you meet up with people (for example, reuniting for a Homecoming event), they will come to your room and tell you to move your cars multiple times even if there are plenty of empty spots around. Outlets were coming out of the wall, sheets were stained, the tub drain was clogged. It was very cheap and a convenient location to CW, but that’s kind of it in terms of perks"

"Love it"

"Beds and bathroom were clean. However the laminated floor needs to be mopped."

"Nathan was amazing her really addressed our needs."
