"The stay we had was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory overall, and this was mainly because of the following specific issues we encountered: * The advertised hot buffet breakfast was, unfortunately, not available. * The room we were assigned was left unclean by the previous guest, leaving trash under the furniture. * Housekeeping was not provided on any of our daily requests. * There was no hot tub available for use. *The pool was in rather poor condition and did not provide towels. * There was visible mold present within the bathroom. * Some of the lights in the room were not functioning. * The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the public hallways. * Finally, the room furniture was in poor disrepair and was falling apart. Unfortunately, we found that the management was unresponsive to our concerns and uninterested in returning multiple calls during our multi day stay."

"Lovely home, very clean and well serviced. Not an ideal travel scenario for a single female traveling alone. Property is not secure and key management is loosely held. Guest's names are publicly available onsite - keys are transferred via external system of hanging full name labelled envelopes at the front door. "

"Location is in walking distance to visitor center so you do not have to pay extra for parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is mostly carb based with boiled eggs. Wish to have more protein options like scrambled eggs, sausages or bacon. "

"The hotel was very nice, with clean rooms and nice grounds. The breakfast was decent for just $5 for two people and even though some people complained on their reviews, I didn’t have any issues. The staff were nice. I save the best part for last you can have your room clean everyday. I love this. We stayed 5 days. it was a great stay. "
