"Staff were attentive and incredibly friendly! The food was amazing and the property very well maintained and so beautiful!"

"Halfway between the science department and Edinburgh centre. Bus stop right outside meant it was easy to get around and leave the car in the car park. Lovely breakfast with enormous croissants. Would stay again."

"Hope the carpet with no stain."

"The property was well located in proximity to the centre. The parking was good right outside the property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. On arrival I was greeted by the owner who was very approachable and helpful during my stay. Definitely visiting again."

"Very close to the University. Nice and clean."

"Breakfast was great."

"The room was clean and location was amazing. However, the shower had black mold like chunks coming off into the shower as you’re showering. There was not enough toilet paper or kitchen rolls. The staff responded via message and sent someone but took till the last day to get a roll of toilet paper we had to buy our own. We also requested one more towel and never got that. The location was great and overall rooms were nice just wish there was a better system to get extra needed items."

"Fantastic welcome from helpful staff. A really comfortable, clean guesthouse with spotless en suite bathrooms and access to a private outdoor courtyard."
