The staff and the food were both exceptional. It is a beautiful, quiet hotel that is very personal and cozy. It is a ways from city center but is close to a bus stop that will get you anywhere you want in the city.

I loved this place! Super friendly, delicious breakfast, comfy bed with soft sheets and near buses. I hope to return to Edinburgh and will stay here again. Seriously, they could not be friendlier and more welcoming!

Wonderful stay

Lovely place in quiet neighbourhood but still close to the centre and lots of buses! Kevin and the family and staff are humourous and helpful, and we would really recommend the place regardless of travel type or situation.

Best hotel in Edinburgh

Family run hotel, where the owners make you feel so welcome ! We were even allowed to check in early . Breakfast was excellent.We would definitely stay here again .
