Apartment2home was fabulous. Only problem was that there were a lot of steps to get up and down from the apartment and not lighted enough. Host was wonderful and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Also located in a nice area with food and safety. We would definitely stay again."

"When we booked we requested a first floor room because of a disability. The evening before we were to check in we got a message that we were booked on the top floor. I left 2 or 3 messages asking for more information and reminding them of the disability but by noon, when I hadn’t received any response and had no way to determine whether or not there was a way to make it work, we booked a different location that was able to accommodate our needs. In particular, the carpets appear dated and could be refreshed or replaced with alternative flooring. Additionally, a warmer and more welcoming approach from the breakfast staff would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"The breakfast was not great. The dining room had limited options. I was travelling at the end of March and they were not in full operation, but this isn't advertised on Expedia. Hotel is very nice and I'm sure a very different experience later in the season."

I don't think there was anything missing with healthy options such ss a wide range of fruit, yogurt (including chai yogurt) and detox smoothies; cold meats, cheese and salmon, a wide range of salad and pickled vegetables, breads, pastries and cooked options such as omlettes, eggs benedict, a full...

Furthermore, I called the reception multiple times to remind for the pillows and they failed to bring it over, when I went downstairs, I was told that the housekeeping was closed. "
