"Our stay at this hotel was beyond our expectations. Special thanks to Alex for going above and beyond to help us with a late-night booking, and to Eider for making our late-night check-in so pleasant. Marcio was also incredibly helpful and attentive during our stay, which made everything even smoother. Every staff member we interacted with was amazing—from housekeeping and cleaning to the breakfast team (especially Jing) and those working on September 9th.

"The Hotel was quiet, staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating.
Beds were a little hard for my liking but still comfortable.
Very clean.
My only complaint is the restaurant had horrible service. They were very slow and genuinely just didn't care about you. Food was gross and tasteless.

"We loved it. It was a great place to stay after traveling. My only con is that we were told we could walk to the hotel from the Red Cow Laus drop-off rail and bus. No, it's across the highway -- impossible to walk it especially near night. So, we had to pay a taxi from the rail line to the hotel twice. But, once we got there, it was nice!"
"Inglis thing missing is laundry. Staff was friendly, and helped us navigate around town. 10/10. Housekeeping friendly and provided an abundance of supplies when asked. Conviently licated next to train, shopping mall, cafes and aldis. All walking distance. This made up for having to get back and forth into Dublin. "

"A great location for a weekend break in Dublin. Gorgeous rooms. Hearty breakfast. Only niggle - the bedrooms were far too hot without the heating on and there was no air con. Our rooms overlooked a large exterior ‘fan’ system so it was incredibly noisy with the windows open. That was disappointing. "
