Very noisy area makes it very difficult to sleep. Club noises very noticeable. Otherwise good value for the location. Host very responsive to any issues.

Everything is great except for noise. We had a river view but the road between the apartment and river is non stop traffic and people. Check in smooth, apartment clean, toilet issue resolved immediately. Location is truly excellent if you want to be right in the middle of the nightlife, however I would choose slightly further away next time.

There was no sound proofing in the bedroom making it impossible to sleep. Mold on shower ceiling.

Great location. Nice size apartment. It has everything you need. I found the single beds were small and not very comfortable.

Location is perfect. Check-in was very easy as well as communication. The apartment was very good, had everything we needed. Furniture a little bit worn, but clean. The television worked well, but was small. No USB ports anywhere, but we had an adapter.

This is a nice apartment close to the temple bar area of Dublin, which reminds me of Bourbon St in New Orleans without the strip joints. It is party central. The apartment is a block off the main party street so noise isn't an issue. However, the property has an unnecessarily complicated entry system. You must download their app to your phone, register the app (for 1 Euro) and then use it to open the main building door and the apartment door. I had difficulty registering the app because it hung up at several steps in the process. When we got to the apartment I didn't know I needed an internet connection to open the door. You can log into the apartment's internet from outside the door, but must know the password. I don't recall sewing that in any of the emails with the management company. Maybe I missed it. Worse yet, we couldn't get the app to work on my wife's phone, so if I left to go somewhere and she stayed at the apartment she couldn't go out without being locked out. Maybe that is why we found the main entrance propped open most of the time we went in and out. I'd give it a 5 if they had keys or a keypad code to get in and out. I was constantly worried that my phone might die and I'd have no way to get in.

Apartment was well placed for Temple Bar re pubs and restaurants. Within walking distance for a Dublin Castle, Guiness factory and other local sights. The apartment was perfect for our needs and stay.

The flat itself was nice, clean, and has lots of light. Quite tight for 4 people though as there wasn’t anywhere to put luggage and had to use the kitchen for bags. However, we had many technical issues with the check-in and the digital keys. We called the office number and they were very helpful and always available. We had to download a second app in order to get into the building. Also, we extended to late check out and our “key” once again did not work, even though the late checkout time was confirmed. Once again had to contact help to be let in. Staff were always helpful but the digital key was quite frustrating.

Great location. Was really nice to have a full kitchen and laundry machine. Even got a tatoo at the Ink Factory downstairs! View of the river is lovely too.

The property was central for a visit to the heart of Dublin. We did have an issue with the self check in but the people at city break were helpful in sorting it.

Perfect Family Holiday Apartment

Perfect location for a young family to enjoy on the edge of Temple Bar without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment was very clean and functional. An issue with initial access to the apartment was dealt with swiftly and professionally. The staff are great, friendly and easy to talk to.

Super Lage. Sehr sauber. Nachts ruhig, trotz Nähe zu Bars etc. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
