"We were doing a late checkin, but after multiple calls and emails they wouldnt give us the checkin details. So had to take a extra days leave just to reach before 7pm. We stayed on one of the hottest days in Nancy, temperatures were around 39 degrees and we didnt know they dont have airco and no proper ventillation, we were cooked.
