It is cheap, but that doesn’t mean it has to be this bad. Room was cold; no extra blankets and only very thin bedding in November. No soap in the shower dispenser. No bin in the room. I’d precooked breakfast, which was not available when we turned up and consisted of a hastily cut baguette and honey or Nutella. No apology from the front desk who simply said there would normally be none of these problems but we’d arrived too late to point them out. Does the franchise name a disservice.

Pas mauvais mais quelque point à revoir

Le service impeccable, on àété très bien accueilli, la dame à l'acceuil sympathique et serviable, les consignes ont bien été donné tout va bien, le menage dans la chambre rien a dire, par contre l'etat des douches un peu vieux, pas de rideau de douche, l'abbattant de toilette cassé, une seul prise mural dans la chambre (pas vraiment pratique lorsqu’on est deux ou personne), rien de bien méchant mais des petits points à revoir. Autrement on n'y ait bien. Merci

Bonjour hotel a rénové le sol est troué sale le bureau pas nettoyer pas de paume de douche la tv ne fonctionne pas pas de signale j’en fais part au réceptionniste pour lui c’est normal c’est a cause de la meteo je lui fait part de mon mécontentement il me reponds que si je ne suis pas content j’ai qu’a allez ailleurs la chambre est le palais des courant d’air je sent l’air rentrer dans la chambre le chauffage tourne plein pot mais n’arrive pas a chauffer la chambre

Il se trouve que ma chambre n'a certainement pas dû être faite car à mon arrivée, les poubelles pas vider, le lit pas fait, les toilettes sales et serviettes pas changées. Je trouve pas ça correcte de louer une chambre non préparée. On paie un service c'est tout de même pour quelque chose. Je vous demande donc un geste commercial pour se désagrément rencontré.
