Basic but comfortable

Basic but comfortable and friendly. A number of restaurants close by for dinner. Convenient to the highway. A good place to stay if you are travelling through the area and need to stop overnight. I would stay here again.

I stayed 4 nights for the Paintball event, paid average 125 euro per night for the cheapest room. There was only one towel per night, and no fridge or coffee machine. The room interior was very poor, bathroom smelled horribly.

I stayed there for the paintball event for 4 nights, and paid 125 Euro per night for the cheapest room, which was quite a rip off. The hotel bathroom sink smelled bad, and the shower head was poorly installed, water went everywhere during shower; Hotel didn't offer any Expedia Gold member benefit; the front desk only opened until 12pm, then 5pm onwards; there was no fridge or coffee machine in the room; Only one bath towel per night

Excellent stop-over in very clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. It was very quiet and the receptionist was super helpful. Although in a commercial estate, there are plenty of fast food and bistros within walking distance. It was easy to find, with a large car park. Pets accepted. Excellent value for money.

Dreaux b&b hotel

Rooms were good, however there are no tea / coffee makibg facilitates in rhe rooms. Coffee machine in reception area (takes card and xash, reception had no change). Ok as a stopover but rhats all.

Accès le soir pas facile et propreté perfectible

Accès le soir au parking pas facile : un code est nécessaire, et pour ça, il faut laisser sa voiture sur le trotter à l'extérieur, rentrer à pieds pour s'enregistrer, ressortir, composer le code pour ouvrir la grille et rentrer avec sa voiture cette fois : pénible !! Et j'ai malencontreusement renversé de l'eau parterre dans ma chambre, j'ai essayé avec le tapis de bain > sol pas propre du tout (voir photo). Ça m'a pas donné envie d'y revenir.

Ça serait très bien si...

Grille fermée le soir, et pour avoir le code, il faut laisser sa voiture à l'extérieur, venir chercher le code à pieds, ressortir, pour pouvoir rentrer son véhicule et se garer ! Pas simple ! Ajoutons à ça un accueil plutôt froid, et ça enlève 1* (dommage car l'hôtel est propre et les chambres spacieuses et confortables)

Très agréable

Hôtel récent et très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L'emplacement est idéal, il y a plusieurs restaurants juste a côté de l'hôtel. La musique "d'ascenseur" dans le hall d'entrée est peut-être un peu too much. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable, ils pourraient tout de même fumer ailleurs que devant l'entrée principale. Sinon rien à redire, je recommande !

La chambre était très correcte pour le prix proposé, avec un bon niveau de confort. Cependant, la communication interne laisse à désirer. J’avais demandé un départ tardif via la plateforme de réservation, et l’hôtel avait validé ma demande la veille. Pourtant, le lendemain, une dame est venue me demander de partir sans prendre en compte cet accord. Je comprends que le départ tardif dépend des disponibilités, mais une fois validé, il serait logique de respecter cette décision et de s’assurer que les informations circulent correctement entre les équipes. Mention spéciale au jeune homme de l’accueil, très professionnel et accueillant, qui m’a aidé à retrouver mon numéro de réservation B&B (différent de celui d’Hôtels.com). Son aide a été précieuse et appréciée. Futurs voyageurs, assurez-vous que toutes les équipes ont bien reçu votre demande, surtout si vous prévoyez de faire une demande spéciale, pour éviter toute surprise désagréable.
