Good that it was near station. Not so good, that the information to access hotel before 18.30 wasn’t easily available. Fortunately one of your other guests helped me find phone number.

Terrible experience all around, we arrived late due to the airlines. No one was there, rang the bell several times. No one came, called the number, a guy answered, he said two minutes, waited ten minutes, no one came, called again, this time a woman answered, she said two minutes, waited another ten minutes, still nothing, called again, this time she gave us a code to get in the door and directed us to keys hanging on the wall via phone. VERY poor service
