"Struttura super pulita accogliente e facile da trovare, super consigliato. "

Proprietario estremamente disponibile, ottima pulizia. Molto apprezzato l’angolo della colazione. L’appartamento ristrutturato molto ampio e accogliente. Tutto bene"

"1. Breakfast maybe include something hot like eggs. 2. Offer fresh towels at least every other day. 3. The bed was to hard made your body ache especially the lower back. The owner was so helpful and kind Thank you Evon abd all staff!"

"Camera abbastanza spaziosa, idem il bagno. Colazione discreta servita presso un'altra struttura facente parte dello stesso grande complesso, 4-5 minuti a piedi non di più. Non c'è personale in loco (se non la ragazza delle colazioni) tutti i passaggi check-in check-out e altre comunicazioni avvengono tramite chat. Bella e suggestiva la posizione nella più totale tranquillità delle colline bolognesi."

"The mini-apartment that I stayed in was very clean and well prepared for my stay. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well maintained. I had trouble entering the property on the first night, but the staff was very responsive and helped me gain access promptly. Also, it is in an excellent location for exploring Bologna."

"Smukt, moderniseret hus. Ejerne utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme. God seng. Parkering i lukket gårdhave. Dejlig hund. Skøn restaurant 1 km væk. God kaffe til morgenmaden. Absolut at anbefale!"

"So close to sights and great food"

"Great clean room, close to the airport, hosts were fast to respond and very helpful!"

"The location is beautiful overlooking the city and the hills. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is stunning and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner; walk was beautiful and diner was tasty. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you :)"

"In a secure building. Found a problem with the door, but staff offered to fix ASAP. Room was spacious and loved the balcony with table and chairs. Shared bathrooms, FYI."

"Very well located in the heart of old Bologna, so close to everything. Right next to The Two Towers: Garisenda & Asinelli. You also get to experience staying in an apartment like setting behind the old doors lining the area's buildings. Their office/breakfast room was very whimsically decorated with old teacups hanging from the ceiling. They literally had old books as "book shelves". It was all very cute and imaginative. Staff was very helpful. Very good location to stay if you are...

"Great apartment with excellent cleaning staff. Very bright hallway. 4 flights of stairs!! Great location"

"Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima posizione della struttura per visitare il centro della città. Colazione giusta per il prezzo pagato."

"9/10. Excellent location, clean room. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) from Bologna Centrale station. Confort of the bed was ok, A/C was excellent. There is not always staff present so check-in can be difficult is you arrive early / late. For the price I would recommend staying here."

"We loved our stay here! So much space, a comfortable bed, and so close to everything. The room was clean and we had breakfast coupons for a little cafe down the way. Couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again!"
