Lovely spacious apartment. Good facilities. A lot of traffic noise but ear plugs were provided and I slept very well. I wasn't able to get breakfast, the kitchen seemed to be closed a lot, the most I managed were a couple of coffees on the last day.

Convenient location to everything (Piazza Maggiore, Bologna Centrale). Mario is very helpful and accommodating. Area is busy, and noisy at times, so not a sleepy part of the city, but everything is a 10-15 minute walk.

This propert is a flat or apartment located on the seventh floor. My room was on the corner of this large apt. My room has sliding door windows and balconies. I must mention that the furniture was very basic. Chairss must be handle with care. The room has a refrigerator, wine cooler and bottle opener, but no glasses or basic utensils. Traffic noise at night is minimal.

Great value and location

I thought the location was perfect to navigating Bologna and great recommendations from the owner. It was noisy at night with traffic and locals outside. Overall a really nice stay

Pleasant guest house

Easier to find than I thought and Mario was easy to get in touch with prior to arrival. Room felt safe and secure. Bed was comfy and the fridge was useful. Shared bathrooms but always clean and always at least one available. Pleasant homely feel despite being obviously in the middle of the city. Would recommend for a short stay.

7th floor in the City

OK, I came by car and expected a parking lot which wasn't available unless walking 10 min with my luggage. It is a friendly place looking more like Bead and Breakfast than a hotel. Central and friendly service but don't expect hotel services.

This isn't a regular hotel but a group of rooms on the 7th floor of a building, with 2 shared bathrooms and a lounge. My room was large, included a fridge, and was nice enough. Marco, the proprietor, was friendly and let me leave bags there on the departure day. The location was good -- walking distance from the train station and fairly close to the historical centre. Overall, fully satisfactory and good value (as long as one doesn't require a private bath).

Despite being advertised as bed and breakfast no breakfast was provided and there was not a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. The furnishings in the room were spartan and the only chairs were collapsible camping chairs. If I had known that breakfast was not provided I would not have stayed there!

Unable to give a full review. I was unable to check in. No answer at the property and no response to communication. Had to find other accommodation. I had booked 3 nights, and had still not had a reply by the end of my stay. Based on this I would not recommend booking it!

Ok, i was confused. I thought this was a hotel. Its not When i got to the propery it says B&B. Its not because its a basic room only. Good location close to railway station and town center. Located on a very busy road so even with the windows closed its noisy, which I didnt like. Owner is helpful and made cappuchino which was very nice. Bathroom was shared but kept spotless.

Mi sono trovato davvero bene. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere velocemente diversi punti chiave della città (Centro Storico, Stazione Centrale, mercati etc) e host davvero cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia di camere e bagni (2 in comune) impeccabile; ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Overall the property is in a good condition , small elevator , breakfast was quiet enough to gain some energy before a morning activity , bathroom is clean and shared among the other rooms ( more than one bathroom ) , Mario was nice and helpful , The property is 10 minutes walk from Bologna train station and Piazza Maggiore , There is a super market just down the property ( pam )

Très grand appartement réaménager pour accueillir les clients dans de bonnes conditions de confort, très propre, 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Vous pouvez stationner votre véhicule dans un des garages dans une rue face à l'hôtel, évitez le garage de Bologne qui est très cher (25 euros).

ボローニャは小さい街なのでバス停から少し離れてもここ以外がおススメです。

宿の場所はマンションの７階になります。 自宅の一室(部屋数は3部屋程)を宿として営業しています。受付はないので道路に面しているインターホンを鳴らして扉を開けてもらう形になります。ちなみに男性オーナーの家なので何部屋かある内の1部屋は男性オーナーの部屋です。 私たちがチェックインを終え部屋に入ろうとした際、(まだ部屋に入る前に)言われたのが、部屋は綺麗に使ってね！床に水を垂らしたらすぐ拭くように！と同じことを二回づつ言われ！ 扉の鍵の明け方はこうやるように…はい、見ててあげるからやってみて！(ただ回すだけだが言われた通りやる事に、、、) それとバスムールを使ったら横にあるモップで必ず掃除してからでてくるように！とモップの場所を案内される、、 説明が終わり指定された部屋に落ち着き 数分後、トイレに行き帰ってくると直ぐに部屋のドアをノックする音が、ドアを開けてみるとオーナーがドアは静かに締めてね！締め方教えてあげるから見てて！、、、さすがにokokと適当にあしらうことに！ その後気づいた事ですが、14:00以降のチェックインだった私のところに14:20にメールが、宿のオーナーからで20分過ぎてるけど何時にくるの？との催促メールが送られていました。14:00以降のチェックインなので以降ならいつでもいいのでは？ 滞在して感じたのは神経質なルームメイトの家に泊まりに行った感じです。決してお客様対応はされません。オーナーと話して感じたのはアジア人系に対してなにやら嫌悪感を抱いている様子でした。

Mario was great, very friendly and welcoming. The B&B is in a brilliant location, a short walk from the train station and is right in the Center of Bologna as the name says. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Bologna
