"Great location, clean, helpful staff and spacious rooms"

"Great location just off the highway, convenient to many restaurants across the street. Nice clean hotel and friendly to our dog. Will use again"

"Very convenient to restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Very upscale and comfortable"

"The staff works hard and is always pleasant and helpful. The building is well maintained but it is showing its age -- carpets and furnishings are ready for updating. The mattresses, espcially, need to be improved. All told a good value for the price, and a pleasant stay."

"We were in rm 145, probably the worst room in your building. We had several issues, but I need to message someone who will actually read and do something about it. Please send me their email. TY"

"We have always had very pleasant stays at the Hampton Inn in Rock Hill, SC. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. The breakfast there has been very adequate for us as well. Good location off of the highway, fairly quiet, and plenty of places for shopping and dining."

"Friendly staff, clean environment, no issues, easy parking."

"Trash on floor left from previous guest"

"Overall - our stay was good. Front Desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast staff (one woman) was RUDE!!!"

"Fresh fruit available all day."

"Overall the hotel was great"

"Muy bien , limpia y el desayuno no es lo mejor pero no estaba tan mal ."

"Comfortable beds and the ac was cold! Water was hot! The take away breakfast was okay. I mostly care about a dark room, comfy bed and hot water consistency. The check in process was fine. When we were checking out there was an angry guest because they wouldn’t let him check in early…. Imagine feeling entitled to check in 4hrs early on the fly and yelling about it… front desk girl stayed calm and I was impressed."
