"Location is perfect for the Island."

"The breakfast was the best free hot breakfast I have ever had….scrambled eggs, gravy and biscuits, bacon every day and sausage links and ham alternated days. With all the other choices you can imagine. We did have trouble with card entry and had to get a new card to get in our room. And there was no remote for the TV in the room, so we had to go down to the desk to get one. The front desk was always attentive and polite with any request. The bed was a little too firm for me, but I do like...

"Clean and well taken care of. Staff is nice and friendly"

"We enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to Leconte Center and The Island! We walked wherever we wanted!"

"Don't pass this up. May be an older lodging but we loved it. We are already to return to Pigeon Forge and stay at the Willow Brook Lodge. The first thing to meet you was all the fall decor. I was in fall heaven. All around the property you saw fall decor. We didn't have any children with us but if I had any this place was great. Indoor and outdoor pool with a slide. Kids were always in the pool all hours. Breakfast area was a cheerful place to eat breakfast. The lady working the dinning...

"Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel was clean and appeared to be undergoing some updates. We had to pick toilet paper at the front desk as our room had none on arrival, and we were woken up early each morning by staff going in and out of doors, the very loud elevator bell or what sounded like a garbage truck every morning. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch, especially in October. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would stay again for the price."

"Clean room, friendly staff. Great location"

"Staff was very friendly!"

"The room was clean but very old and outdated blanket and quilt. The staff was very courteous and polite. The breakfast was good. The motel is older"

"Very nice place and kid friendly"

"They did not clean our room as requested. As everything else it was ok"

"I’ll admit I was a little wary with the low cost of the room, but I was pretty impressed. The room was relatively basic, but was nice and clean and had everything I needed. As a solo traveler the room was pretty perfect for me size wise, I feel like it might be a little tight for any more than 2 people. The pool area was nice and well maintained. I almost booked a cabana ahead of time and I’m glad I didn’t because the free seating was wide open every day. The pool side bar was cute and...

"Great location with being in the middle of everything in PF. Close parking spots were available if you didn't get back too late. The room had a very little musty odor upon entering the very first day but having the A/C running cleared it right up and was good to go for my 5 day stay there. Comfortable beds and good hot water pressure. Typical continental breakfast nothing special but nice option to grab and go on your way out in the morning. I would stay here again."

"The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful."

"Understand that people are vacation but wish room guest next to us had consideration for other guest . Slamming doors and shouting at 1:30am is ridiculous to me . Not to mention they were smokers and walking out your door to them smoking in the area right in front our door., also putting their cigarette butts out in front of our room was the last straw for me . Traveling with my grandson and have this experience not to mention I have asthma!!! Hope these issues will be treated so the next...
